NO COD ON MATERNITY GOWNS

COD is not applicable on maternity photoshoot dresses and gowns. All maternity gowns are made on order basis. Only prepaid orders are accepted. Once you make the payment, our team will contact you for custom measurements or custom color if you have selected custom size or custom color.

DELIVERY TIME

Our maternity gowns are made-to-order and handcrafted with love in our in house unit and hence products may reach you within 7 to 14 working days. However, we understand you may have scheduled maternity shoots, baby showers, travel plans or family events etc. on a particular date, hence, we offer priority delivery in such cases.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

All orders are shipped within 7-10 days from the date of order.
Shipping is completely free. However, for all Cash on Delivery orders we charge a convenience fee of Rs. 100/ - which is completely waived off for prepaid orders.
The complete order amount including delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Orders are delivered in 5-7 business days from the date of shipping.
COD service might not be available at certain locations which are in non-serviceable zones.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also provide International Shipping. The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.
