CANCELLATION POLICY

For prepaid orders, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

Please call us on or write to us at orderplumandpeaches@gmail.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

For COD order, we shall appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort. For prepaid orders, a credit note will be provided after cancellation of order.
