RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Since each piece is made on order basis, we do not provide refund on products once sold. We do only size exchange once for all orders.
We provide exchange service in a bigger or a smaller size provided the following conditions are met
- Size Exchange should be initiated within 5 days of order delivery.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused and in its original condition.
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging and invoice.
- Customized Orders are not eligible for returns. We do leave a margin of 4 inches in our customized pieces.
- Exchange will not be accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
For exchange, it is the member’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. We do not have pick up facility right now. The customer will have to courier us the same. Once we receive the product, the exchanged product shall be shipped to the customer at no extra cost.
PROCESS OF EXCHANGE
- You need to inform us about the exchange by email within 5 business days of receiving the product on email@example.com
The product needs to be shipped to us within 7 days of delivery. Please courier the product to us at:

- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel and share the return shipping slip on mail with us.
- Once we receive the product, exchanged product shall be shipped.
IN CASE OF DAMAGED/WRONG DELIVERY OF PRODUCT
If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.
