COD is not applicable on Maternity Photoshoot Dresses. All photoshoot gowns are made on order basis. Only prepaid orders are accepted. Once you make the payment, our team will contact you for custom measurements or custom color if you have selected custom size or custom color.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are made to order, and the shipping time is estimated to be 3-5 days from the date of purchase.
After shipment, it typically takes an additional 3-5 days for the order to reach you, depending on your location.
Shipping within India is free of charge.
International shipping is available, with shipping fees payable based on the destination location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available for an additional charge of Rs. 50.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. As each piece is made to order, we do not provide refunds on products once sold. However, we offer size exchanges for all orders.
Size exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of order delivery.
The tags on the product should remain intact.
The product must be unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging and invoice.
We provide pick-up services for exchanges.
